Davco installed and has maintained our furnace and air conditioning equipment for the past 6 years. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. During a recent problem we had to use a different company. After 3 visits, and assurances, the problem remained. Eric, from Davco, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He took the time to explain the issue and the solution. One visit and done!  We highly recommend them.

We have been using Davco for a few years and have been very happy with them. Last night our heat went out and we didn’t realize until early morning when the house was freezing, during this deep freeze. My wife called them this morning and they were able to come out almost immediately. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and able to get our furnace up and running quickly. Have used Davco to service my heating and AC for years.  Always available in emergencies when needed.  My heating system was on its last legs and they were able to keep it operational until the new system was delivered.  They did a great job installing the new system, had the heat running the same day.  Fantastic work, highly recommend.

Kenny and his team did a great job from beginning to end.  They were prompt, friendly, and informative.  Our new furnace was installed on time and no mess.  And when my thermostat installation was more complicated than expected, Kenny stuck with it until he solved the problem.  Our furnace is so quiet and efficient now!

1/19/26 - I would like to update my review for Davco. They have been to my house now a total of three separate times for different problems. They are always very professional, trustworthy and friendly. I called because my floor was flooded.  Ken came quickly  and he fixed the problem.  I was very grateful for such fast service. I had another problem and again I received timely service.  I cannot recommend them enough for their dependability, expertise and fair prices.  They are a company that you can count on to be there for you when you need them.

My heat was not working, I called Davco and got same day service.  Ken came down on time and was very professional and friendly.  He fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and everything has been good since. I would definitely recommend Davco as a company and Ken as a serviceman.  It was nice to deal with an honest company.

Eric and his crew installed a new central Carrier A/C system for me over the summer.  I'm fairly technical and a DIYer but Eric taught me a lot about how the A/C would work with my existing Carrier Infinity furnance, e.g., a 2-stage system might not work as expected with it.  So I decided to go with the 1-stage and am very happy with it.

DAVCO set itself apart from other contractors I've worked with by the quality of the install, e.g., they used a new solid platform for the condenser and it is perfectly parallel with the house.  Their measurements and recordings of the A/C output after the install were a nice touch as well.

I highly recommend DAVCO and will continue to use them for all my HVAC servicing needs.
